Flexible Working

  • Any member of staff with 26 weeks or more service can apply to alter their working pattern, however, this policy is particularly aimed at providing support for members of staff who need to provide care for children or adult dependents.
  • You can request a change to the times you work or to the number of hours you work in a day or week
  • An approved request for flexible working will usually lead to a permanent change to your employment contract, although sometimes the altered pattern can be agreed for a limited period of time.
